1.  THE OFFSIDE RULE

 

         WORLD CUP 2010 : with an incorrect offside rule, against the spirit of the game, against the Law.... ???  it´s possible …

            F.A Board: responsible for the rules: made the biggest mistake in the world sports history.

 

           World cup: wrong results by offside decisions:    

                                                                              USA: third goal correct, 17 june

                                                                                                 ARGENTINA 2 goals..  offside, 16 june

                                                                                                 MEXICO vs France: goal offside 16 june (Hernandez)

                                                                                                 USA: goal correct : 23 june

                                                                                                 Argentina/Mexico 1 goal offside: 27 june

                                                                                                 Paraguay/japan 51 min no offside for Japan

                                                                                                 España /Portugal : goal España offside

                                                                                                 Paraguay/España: goal Paraguay no offside position…..

 

                                                               …. nearly in every match wrong decisions….

                                                                                 It´s logical !...the rule is a cheating, fraud,..

        

          DEAR PRESIDENT BLATTER,

 

               Please give the Federations and fans a football with a fair offside rule. 

              The offside rule determines the structure and identity of football but a technical error is present. 

              As the assistant must follow the second last defender he is forced into a position and he has no more free movement. 

              The assistant has an impossible task if players hinder his view on the ball. (if the ball is in a bunch of players: expression by Blatter)

              He cannot determine the moment of playing the ball.
            

              An assistant confirmed by letter the reason for fraud. He determines the moment of playing the ball by his feeling.
              The assistant referee may not accept his task, given task can cause a fraud.
              The assistant may be responsible in every match.

 

              Conclusion: 

              The impossible task is against the spirit of the game  (fraud: financial loss ,...) 

              THE OFFSIDE RULE IS A VIOLATION AGAINST THE HUMAN RIGHTS therefore the use of these offside rule is PROHIBITED BY LAW.

              Not the IFA BOARD and the FIFA ARE juridical responsible but the players who practice the rules!

              THE PLAYERS OR FEDERATIONS HAVE TO REACT, IT´S A JURIDICAL OBLIGATION: IN ORDER TO PREVENT FRAUDE.

           

             Mr. President, 6 years ago you were informed but you have done nothing…

                                    the "football" will respond because there are limits. (August 2009)

       Technical fault in the offside rule                                                                      

             Antoon Soetens discovers: the assistant referee gets at a certain moment an impossible task.

                The assistant has to inform the referee but he doesn’t and he takes a decision following his feeling,

                 which is an unreasonable act, the proof that the assistant can manipulate the game!

-               The unreasonable act is an violation of sportsmanship and human rights.(fraud) 

                 THE RULES DON´T DETERMINE WHAT THE ASSISTANT SHOULD DO IF HE HAS AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK.

                       THE ASSISTANT SHOULD  CHECK THE TEXT OF THE RULES FIRST.

                       THE ASSISTENT IS RESPONSABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS  IF THE RULE CONTAINTS AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK.

                       THE ASSISTANT CAN BE PENALIZED FOR FRAUD!   JURIDICAL, HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONTROL A MATCH WITH AN ILLOGICAL RULE!!!

            The proof:

          1. The assistant referee must verify the following:                    

                    - The position (line) of the second last defender (centimetre accuracy required by the rules). 

                       Because of his limited mobility he is unable to move left or right. 

                    - To determine the moment when the ball is played, it requires sometimes some mobility. 

                2. If the view of the assistant referee is obstructed by players, the assistant cannot see the moment when the ball was being played. 

                   The assistant is "blind" made. 

                   Normally the assistant has to inform the referee, "I have an impossible task", but he doesn´t and he determines the moment of playing the ball 

                   according to his feelings. 

                   A feeling cannot determine an exact time. 

                   A feeling one may prefer a team. 

                   This allows the assistant to manipulate the results. 

                    Determination of an action by feeling does not belong to the rules. 


           *** The FIFA, UEFA, FIFPRO (players) and lot of Federations (Associations) refuse to give their opinion.

              *** The Intern. Board (IFAB the makers of the rules) are not an association, they DON´T HAVE an address and inscription.

                     They never can be responsible for their acts as they don´t apply the rules. (don´t have football courts) (idem FIFA)

                     The Federation (Association) of each country is responsible, they have the football courts and they apply the rules!

            ***  An assistant confirms by letter “the game can be forged” (fraud)

                    THE COURT:

           ***  The Court can treat the infraction: an accurate determination by ”feeling” is impossible and is not  admitted following

                    the spirit of the game and doesn’t belong to the rules and can harm the civil rights. (fraud)

            ***  A dossier has been introduced to the Belgian Court (2005) against the Belgian Football Federation (KBVB).

                    I did not yet receive the verdict.

                    It seems that the Court could not treat the fundamental problem as my lawyer forgot to explain the fault in juridical terms…

                    An appeal is still possible.

                   Within some months we can have a final verdict.
