discovers: the assistant referee has sometimes an impossible mission
the assistant has to inform the referee but he
doesn’t and he takes
a decision following his feeling, the proof
that he can manipulate the game!
The
proof:
1. The assistant referee has to control:
- The
line (position) of the second last defender
(a centimetre accuracy is required following the rules).
Conclusion: and he is unable to move on
the right or on the left :his mobility is limited
- The moment that the ball has been touched,
in order to observe that moment, some mobility
is sometimes
requested.
2. If the view of
the assistant referee is obstructed by players the assistant does not have
the possibility to move on the right
or on the left in order to observe the moment that he ball has been touched.
The assistant has an impossible mission: he doesn’t have anymore the means to
see at what moment the ball has been played.
Normally he has to inform the referee,” I
have an impossible mission” but he doesn’t and he determines the moment of
playing the ball following his feeling.
A feeling cannot determine an exact
moment.
A feeling can create a preference
for a team.
Doing this the assistant
can influence the result.
Determination of an action
by feeling doesn’t belong to the rules.
An
assistant confirms by letter “the game can be forged”
*** The FIFA, UEFA,
FIFPRO (players) and lot of Federations refuse to give their opinion.
*** The media refuse to
inform the world – that is a worldwide
coordinated manipulation
*** The court can treat
the infraction: an accurate determination by ”feeling”
is not possible and is not admitted
following the spirit of the game and doesn’t belong to the rules and can harm
the civil rights.
*** The assistant handles the impossible mission
on a not correct way
The court did not yet treat this
fundamental problem, my lawyer forgot to explain it in juridical terms…
*** The players do not have knowledge of this problem.
*** 80% of the referee’s and assistants have knowledge
of the problem but have to close their eyes and mouth.
*** The world media refuse to inform the people.
*** The proof that Soetens has

*** The Intern. Board (IFAB the makers of the rules)
are not an association, they have not an address and inscription.
They never
can be responsible for their acts as they do not apply the rules. (do not have
football courts)
*** The purpose of this site is to create a more correct
football and to defend the rights of the players and
all the people who are involved in the football as they
cannot take any position due to their statement.
*** who will be the first assistant who stops the game and informs the referee
“ I have an impossible mission” !!! (until now: 885 million didn’t do it)
If the theory of the
offside rule is not correct the practice is neither.
